The details…..
So we thought that I was 8 weeks along due to my last period, but of course I am not normal so of course I’m not 8 weeks. As of Monday I was measuring 5 weeks and was panicked because I thought I was 8 and was having some spotting. The GREAT news was that they were able to find a heart beat even though I only have a yolk sac, so crisis averted for now.
We are all very excited though. Joey said he was moving in with his mom and Bella the crack up that she is said “I’m so moving in with Grandma” LOL she is so funny. Both kids were joking of course, and Bella is over joyed. She was so excited that she got to go to the sonogram, she skipped all the way into the room and was anxious to see the baby. Unfortunately, it was only a blob for now with “fireworks” all around (the blood flow, but that is what she called it), which wasn’t all that exciting for her.
On the way home she asked if she could listen to my belly. So I let her, when she was done she said “Well it’s official, it’s a girl” How this kid knows the word official is beyond me, but none the less she did LOL. Now I can hardly wait to find out what it is.
Joey is also excited, he doesn’t like the boy name that we picked out, but he will adjust. We keep picking on him, telling him that he gets to get up in the middle of the night to take care of the baby LOL (he keeps freaking out like we really would, which is funny because if he thought about it, he would realize that he doesn’t have a boob so he isn’t going to be the one getting up with the baby.)
